AI Filing Readiness Checks for Australian Legal Teams

RuleCheck is a compliance tool for legal practitioners preparing AI-assisted filing drafts. Upload a draft, select your forum, and receive a structured readiness report in seconds — covering citation verification, evidence signals, chronology, and AI disclosure requirements.

No subscription required for the pilot. No training data. No external AI calls. Compliant with GPN-AI (Federal Court), ART Expert Evidence PD, and NSW SC Gen 23.

What it checks

Citation verification — extracts legal authorities and checks them against a local Australian registry (High Court, Federal Court, state Supreme Courts)
Evidence signals — detects affidavits, exhibits, annexures, and witness statements
Chronology order — identifies out-of-sequence dates that may indicate drafting errors
AI disclosure — generates a compliant disclosure draft for GPN-AI, ART PD, SC Gen 23, or other applicable forum requirements

How we protect your data

In transit: all files transmitted over TLS 1.3 (HTTPS)
At rest: files processed in memory and not written to disk. No permanent storage. Run records (matter name, score, forum) are retained for your audit log. File content is not.
Audit trail: every check is logged (matter name, forum, score, timestamp). Logs retained for 90 days. You can request your audit log at any time.
No AI calls: analysis is deterministic and runs entirely on-server. No content is sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, or any other external service.
Ownership: your files are yours. We process them; we do not store, resell, or use them for any secondary purpose.

Infrastructure: Render.com (hosting), Cloudflare (DDoS protection and TLS). Read the Data Processing Agreement
